P-B 11

P-B11 is Turkey’s first global film project in the movie industry. We believe that this prestigious universal project will make a worldwide impact with its plot and screenplay as well as the high quality of its casting, direction and production.

The project is currently under development and is in the phase of pre-production, which officially started in December 15, 2009. The movie will be released world wide in 2012 .

Please Note: The film has been tentatively titled “P-B11” for purposes of reference.  Several other catchy and/or dramatic titles have been suggested. The final film title will be introduced with the first teaser trailer.

Introduction

Civilization stands at a fork in the road. Cheap, clean and unlimited fusion power is in mankind’s hands… Is it a blessing or a curse? This power can either divert mankind from a dead end energy crisis or trigger a suicidal war.

P-B11 is a dark futuristic sci-fi thriller bordering on dystopian prophecy in a world where chaos reigns.

Plot Summary

Year 2025. Dawn of the Hydrogen age. A nuclear research center of the Turkish Atomic Energy Agency is on the verge of producing electrical power in the world’s first Aneutronic Fusion Reactor AFR-1.

Based on the Boron-Hydrogen reaction, this technology would make fossil fuels worthless and all other sources of energy obsolete, leading to a global energy revolution. It is not so easy, however, to smash the existing setup and create a new world.

Energy investments come to a halt worldwide, and tumbling power and energy shares trigger the deepest economic crisis ever. As existing economic systems and political doctrines topple irreversibly like domino tiles, the new bipolar world braces itself for the worst case scenario: World War 3!

At the dawn of the hydrogen age, mankind faces the severest test in history. Pandora’s box has come wide open…
